What to eat in Keto Diet?
You have to stop eating food having carbs like Wheat, Rice, Pasta, Whole Grains, Bread, Sugary Food, Fruit Juice, Potatoes, Milk. You are only supposed to eat food having protein and fat like Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Cheese, Mutton, Vegetables, Seeds, Nuts, Olive oil, Berries, Avocado.

Here I am telling you what will happen when we add carbs in our diet.
When we eat carbohydrates, it breaks into glucose, which will burn due to some physical activity or workout. But during high carb intake or we can say without any workout or physical activity, the excess glucose will store in our body which makes us fat.
On the other hand in a keto diet, we are not consuming carbs so the body goes in Ketosis State. Ketosis state refers to a state in which our body uses fat to provide energy to us. At this stage, our body produces ketones, which are produced from the breakdown of fats in the liver. So what will happen then? we start losing excess fat from our body. Protein helps to gain lean muscle mass.
Side Effect:
- In the absence of fibrous food (grains), the constipation problem may happen. Because fiber is needed for better digestion. We have to eat more vegetables, seeds, and nuts to overcome this problem.
- Our body may be deficient in minerals like selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins like vitamins B and C
- Drink more water to prevent dehydration.

Shifting to the Keto diet depends on fitness and mental level. Our body shows positive results by following this diet, But it all depends as is said earlier on our fitness level.
